Where There's A Will There's A Way
Talking about end of life planning isn’t fun, and might seem a little scary. It’s also a critical aspect of managing your assets and protecting your family. A will is a way to enable YOU to decide who gets your valuable assets. If you don’t have a will or an estate plan, the state gets to decide, without regard to your wishes or your family’s needs.
Once you have a will, and have determined how you want to care for your family, you can also make a gift in your will to CESJDS. The simplest way to ensure that you provide for the people and charitable institutions that you hold dear is to make provision for them in your will. A gift to CESJDS in your will may be right for you if:
- You would like to make a legacy gift to CESJDS
- You want the flexibility to change your mind
- You want continued access to your gift assets, should you need them
We encourage you to speak with an estate planning attorney to help you make your plans. Please share the following language with your attorney:
