Gifts of Life Insurance
Often the original purpose for a life insurance policy no longer exists. You or a spouse may have bought life insurance in order to support and education young children who are now grown, or in order to ensure there are necessary funds available for a surviving spouse.
If those needs no longer exist, your policy can become a powerful and simple way to support future generations of Jewish learners at CESJDS.
A gift of life insurance can be as simple as updating your beneficiary designation form with the life insurance company. You can designate CESJDS as the primary beneficiary for a percentage or specific amount. You can also make us the contingent beneficiary so that we will receive the balance of your policy only if your primary beneficiary doesn't survive you.
For more information, or for a confidential conversation about your gift commitment (as many or few details as you wish) please contact Sharon Metro, Director of Development, at email@example.com or (301) 692-4861.
Please consult your professional advisors before making any gift. CESJDS is not engaged in providing legal or tax advice.
