Grandparent Mezuzah Society
At CESJDS, grandparents are a cherished part of our community and an essential pillar of our future. Through the Grandparent Mezuzah Society, we honor the vital role you play—not just in your family’s life, but in sustaining Jewish education for generations to come.
There’s a beautiful old adage: Kissing a mezuzah is like kissing your grandchild—a gesture filled with love, reverence, and a deep commitment to Judaism and to those we hold dearest. Today, more than ever, we are called to ensure that our children grow up rooted in the traditions, values, and wisdom that define our heritage.
With an annual gift of $1,800 or more, you will become a member of the CESJDS Grandparent Mezuzah Society, giving you access to special opportunities and events throughout the year. In appreciation, you’ll receive a custom-designed CESJDS mezuzah, symbolizing the sacred connection between grandparent and grandchild, and between home and school.
