CESJDS Grandparents and Special Friends
Grandparents are a vital part of our lives and of the CESJDS community. We hope you will join us for Dor L'Dor (Intergenerational Day) on May 11, 2018. If you have any questions, please contact Heather Jacobsohn at email@example.com or 301-692-4845.
Grandparents are a core component of this special giving society at CESJDS that supports the future of our institution and the future of the Jewish community. There is an old adage that kissing a mezuzah is like kissing your grandchild -- a moment filled with adoration and commitment to Judaism and the ones we love.
Now more than ever, we are facing the challenge of ensuring that we educate a new generation in our traditions and values. We need to bring alive the words that are etched onto the mezuzah parchment.
For an annual gift of $1,800 or above, grandparents will become a part of the CESJDS Grandparent Mezuzah Society. In recognition of your generous contribution, you will receive a uniquely designed CESJDS mezuzah that will be a visible embodiment of the bond between grandparent and grandchild and between school and home.
By joining this exclusive group, you will be investing in your grandchild and all of the grandchildren who will be the future of the Jewish community. Contact Rachel Van Gorden at (301) 692-4860 or firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
