Continuous Enrollment

CESJDS has simplified the re-enrollment process for parents by utilizing a model known as continuous enrollment.

Rather than going online to review, sign, and submit a re-enrollment agreement every February, parents will now sign one continuous enrollment agreement. Your continuous enrollment agreement will auto-renew annually, all the way through to graduation or until you let us know otherwise.

This approach honors the fact that over 90% of CESJDS students re-enroll for the following year. We believe that eliminating the requirement to sign a re-enrollment contract every year will make our parents’ lives easier.

Key Dates and Deadlines

First week of February 2025: The board will announce tuition for the 2025-2026 school year.

February 5 - 7, 2025: Current Families who applied for Tuition Assistance will receive a separate email with their award.

February 21, 2025: Deadline for enrollment deposit, an enrollment extension or withdrawal (non-enrollment) form.

March 7, 2025: New families accepted to CESJDS

March 21, 2025: Deadline for new families to submit the Continuous Enrollment Agreement.

June 2, 2025: Contract Binding Date

July 2025: Begin 2025-2026 tuition payments

Tuition Assistance Special Circumstances Appeal - If there has been a change in circumstances since you applied for tuition assistance and would like to request a review of your tuition assistance decision.
Non-Enrollment Form - If you wish to withdraw your child from the school for the 2024-2025 school year.
Enrollment Commitment Form - This form notifies the school that you are now ready to place your deposit to hold a seat for your child for the 2024-2025 school year after previously submitting an Enrollment Extension Request Form or appealing your family's tuition assistance decision.

Tuition Deposit

For families who are planning to re-enroll, the school will automatically re-enroll your child and debit your FACTS account for a deposit to hold your child’s place for the following year. This deposit goes towards your tuition bill and is not an additional fee. If your family isn’t ready to commit for the next school year or if you wish to withdraw your child please complete the appropriate form (above) prior to the February 21, 2025 deadline.

How much is the deposit?

To reserve your child’s space for the 2025-2026 school year, CESJDS requires an $800 tuition deposit for returning students paying full tuition and $400 for returning students receiving tuition assistance. The deposit will be debited directly from your FACTS account beginning in March, 2025 (after the end of the opt-out period). This is a deposit towards your total tuition obligation, not an additional fee.

What is the annual tuition deposit?

The tuition deposit reserves your child’s seat in the next school year and allows the school to more accurately plan for the right staffing and course needs for the fall. This deposit is directly applied to your child’s tuition obligation and will be subtracted from your overall tuition bill. Tuition deposits are due in late February of each year. Tuition deposits are not refundable unless CESJDS recommends or directs a withdrawal from the school.
