In our 7th and 8th grade English classes, we explore the theme of Community through a variety of texts, including novels, graphic novels, visuals, and multimedia, guiding students towards becoming proficient communicators and insightful thinkers. We build reading comprehension skills and writing fluency through challenging texts, authentic writing exercises, and the development of strong reading habits. Our goal is to empower students with the ability to express themselves fluently and clearly while using technological tools effectively for editing and revising.
