Garden

Our outdoor garden program includes both animals and plants. Students learn about what living things need by caring for them. Students tend the garden, learning about plant biology and life cycles. They collect chicken eggs and care for chickens, learning about their bodies and needs. We use these ideas to understand more about how we get our food and meet our own needs. This is all done within our values of caring for the world in kindness, sustainability, respect for creation, and finding beauty in nature.
