Nine CESJDS students attended a Junior State of America (JSA) cabinet retreat for the Mid-Atlantic State (MAS) in August in Stamford, Connecticut. The conference was a gathering of all students who serve on the cabinet to allow them to make plans for the year, organize programs and bond as a group. There were 63 students at the conference from the Mid-Atlantic and North Atlantic regions encompassing Maryland, DC, New Jersey, Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts. Of the 63 student officers, CESJDS represented 14% of the leadership. Mazal tov to all of our officers.
