8th Grade Students Share Their Research at the Weinberg Science Fair

The Weinberg Family Science Fair focuses on the scientific method, and highlights the work of our 8th grade students. Emphasis is put on a variety of skills that students' will be able to apply to different aspects of their education and lives. These skills include: research methods, how to organize themselves to do a long-term project, graphing and graphics skills, how to write up a formal scientific paper, and effective oral communication.

Students research a topic of interest, formulate a question, and run an experiment to answer said question.

The Weinberg Science Fair was dedicated by the Weinberg Family, and in particular this year, we'd like to honor the memory of Arlyne and Myron Weinberg z"l.
