CESJDS seeks an experienced Human Resources Generalist to perform HR-related duties on a professional level and work closely with the Director of Human Resources in this busy two-person department.

This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas that align with the School's strategic plan: benefits administration, HRIS administration (Kronos), onboarding, policy implementation, employment law, and compliance. The Generalist will interface with external vendors and third party administrators to support a comprehensive benefits package. The Generalist will be the main point of contact/subject matter expert for all benefits administration and HRIS data/reporting.
