Boys Varsity and MS Cross Country Teams Win PVAC Championships, Girls Tennis and Girls MS Volleyball Place Second

The Boys Varsity and Middle School Cross Country teams are the 2016 Potomac Valley Athletic Conference (PVAC) champions. The varsity team had the second lowest PVAC score of all time and best in the last 21 years on their way to a 3rd straight PVAC title. Reuben Winston '17 defended his 2015 title and nine high school boys received medals for finishes within the top 21 places (another CESJDS record).

The Boys MS Cross Country team is still undefeated this decade as they won a 7th straight PVAC championship, led by Josh Bachrach's 3rd place finish, and our remaining four scoring runners were all in the top 10.

Congratulations to coaches Jason Belinkie, Kelly Grosskurth, and Hillary Peabody.

The Girls Varsity Tennis team came in 2nd place in the PVAC Tournament. Congratulations to the team and coach Julie Rabinowitz.

The Girls MS Volleyball team earned 2nd place in the PVAC Tournament. Congratulations to the team and coach Becky Silberman.
